What is a "Smart" Dash Cam?

The M6 is Momento’s first dash cam that connects to your smartphone by creating a small and secure Wi-Fi hotspot inside your vehicle that only you can access through the Momento App.

In addition to giving you easy access to your video files, the Momento App also provides additional driving insights such as speed, location and trip data.

Mobileye is the global leader in the development of vision technology for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving.

We have over 1,700 employees continuing our two-decade tradition of developing state-of-the-art technologies in support of automotive safety and autonomous driving solutions.

Mobileye is a Tier 2 automotive supplier working with all major Tier 1 suppliers, covering the vast majority of the automotive market (programs with over 25 OEMs). These OEMs choose Mobileye, for its advanced technology, innovation culture, and agility. As a direct result, the robustness and performance of our technology have been battle-tested over millions of driving miles as part of the stringent validation processes of safety-critical automotive products.

From the beginning, Mobileye has developed hardware and software in-house. This has facilitated the strategic advantage of responsive and short development cycles of highly interdependent hardware, software and algorithmic stacks. This interdependence is key to producing high-performance and low power consumption products.

Mobileye’s system-on-chip (SoC) – the EyeQ® family – provides the processing power to support a comprehensive suite of ADAS functions based on a single camera sensor. In its fourth and fifth generations, EyeQ® will further support semi and fully autonomous driving, having the bandwidth/throughput to stream and process the full set of surround cameras, radars and LiDARs.

BlackVue

Infrared Interior Camera
Wide Angle and Clarity in the Dark

The Infrared Camera secures the interior of your vehicle. The inconspicuous infrared LEDs automatically activate based on the ambient light.
The camera’s spectacular clarity even in pitch black lighting conditions will procure peace of mind to taxi and rideshare drivers. With its wide 145-degree view angle, the camera covers most of your vehicle’s interior.
Using the BlackVue App or Viewer, you can further customize the way it operates.

180° Image Rotation to accommodate your setup: if the image comes out upside down, just activate this feature and it will fix the image orientation.
Security LED ON/OFF (for stealth in Parking Mode)

4K Ultra High Definition capture
Ultra-crisp videos, not just on 4K monitors

4K is a much bigger jump in fidelity over Full HD than Full HD over HD. HD to Full HD represents a doubling in pixels. 4K UHD is four times as many pixels as Full HD. This is a huge difference, and it shows. License plates can be made out more clearly and from further away. Besides, you don’t need a 4K monitor to appreciate 4K videos. Even on a Full HD monitor, you can zoom in much further without any visible pixilation.
